1993-2001 Sole Practitioner As a sole practitioner, I represented clients in federal, state and administrative matters. Specific areas of experience include plaintiffs' civil rights and personal injury, domestic relations, contract disputes and criminal defense.

1991-1999 Indiana Department of Labor Adminstrative Law Judge, IOSHA Compliance Division I periodically conducted hearings and issue recommended findings on safety citations.

1992-1993 Ferguson-Watkins & Associates worked primarily in litigation including plaintiffs' personal injury, domestic relations and criminal defense.

1990-1992 Wilson, Kehoe & Winingham Clerked for the firm during law school and later worked as a staff attorney devoted to litigation support, research, client contact and case management.

1989-1990 Department of Metropolitan Development Worked in the zoning division where I researched property records and drafted pleadings for ordinance enforcement. Spoke with groups about zoning and land use.
