2006-Present IU School of Journalism at Indianapolis Coordinate:
  • Trustees Teaching Award meeting.
  • Faculty/Staff meetings weekly. Includes handouts, multimedia, and sometimes food.
  • Mary I. Benedict meetings and program in March 2007. Designed and implemented flyers, signs, program, promotions. Requested facility and was in charge of food, budget, registration, payments and contacts.
  • Commencement with speaker, food and gifts for graduates. Designed and implemented the invitations and database of students and alumni.
  • Dean of Faculties meeting for all faculty and staff for the school.
  • JagDay with facility and multimedia. Assembly of information packet for candidates into the IU School of Journalism.
  • Journalism Open House/Deans Reception with facility, payment, speakers and food. Designed and implemented invitations, and handouts.
  • PR Advisory Board meeting. Requested facility and multimedia. Designed name tags and handouts for meeting.

 

2007 Herff-Jones Coordinated Herff-Jones Workshop for high school students from around Indiana. Requested facility and multimedia for yearbook workshop. Go-to-person.

  • 2008, Living Traditions: Inspiration from Great Lakes Woodland Tribal Members, edited by James W. Brown and Rita T. Kohn, work involved organizing content.
  • 2008, Long Journey Home: Oral Histories of Contemporary Delaware Indians, Edited by James W. Brown and Rita T. Kohn, work involved transcribing and organizing content.
